Born in the U.S. and raised on the island of Jamaica, Shardè Nicole began her career at Estee Lauder as the Business Manager. Under the direction of Mecky Golightly, Nicole handled marketing & promotion for both the women’s and men’s categories, as well as Public Relations.  After two years of working at Estee Lauder, Nicole was inspired to make the switch to editorial and accepted a position as the Beauty Editor at Compulsive Style. From there Nicole moved within her beauty career to studying cosmetology at Aveda.

When approached with the opportunity to work with a small team to launch Compulsive Style under the direction of Horace Bramwell, Nicole jumped at the chance and later became Beauty Director for the online publication. Covering all fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, Nicole is responsible for all beauty content shot for the magazine, as well as creating and overseeing original beauty content for the website. While in this position Nicole worked on numerous projects including Motorola Moto 360 digital campaign.

Throughout creating her dream career in publishing, Nicole is on the rise as one of the industries leading experts and has been commended for her personal style and editing abilities. She is currently based in Miami with recent clients including Puma, Dior, Warby Parker eyewear and more.
